Class 2 Driver - 26 Tonne Flat Bed

* A full time permenent position driving our 26 Tonne Flat bed Rigid with 55hrs per week on average.
* Dedicated vehicle provided - 2015 MAN.
* Nights out are required and can not always be planned for so drivers will be expected to be prepared at all times.
* The driver will require a CPC certificate and be experienced.
* You would be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery and collection of our customer's goods ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and that the use of any telematics are used with an attention to detail.
* We are offering a guarenteed salary with various driver incentive schemes and other employee benefits.
* You will based out of our Drakelow site near Burton on Trent and therefore we are inviting applicants that live within a 30 minute drive of DE15 9UA.
* We are looking for an individual with a flexible working approach, a "Can Do" attitude and good customer service skills.
* The applicant must have a good standard of hygiene and be presentable.
Class 1 Driver - MAN TGX 44 Tonne

* Pay rate is dependant on experience.
* Our expectations of a Class 1 Driver are exactly the same as a Class 2 Driver therefore you should consult the description above.
Transport Coordinator

* A full time permenent position for 45hrs per week on average, usually Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work will be required.
* Basic salary plus commission. Other employee benefits and incentives as well.
* Pay rate is dependant on experience.
* The Transport Coordinator will be directly responsible for planning effective vehicle routes and therefore the company’s sales whilst also adhering to Drivers hours legislation and maintenance requirements. They will be expected to manage current customer relationships as well as bring on new customers. They will be targeted on not only turnover but other costs therefore ensuring that the company’s movements are a profitable as possible. They will be expected to ensure maximum vehicle and staff utilisation ensuring customer satisfaction and maximum profit.
* The individual should have previous experience in the role and should have well developed communication skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels (drivers, office, garage staff & customers). They must possess well developed organization & commercial skills, be calm under pressure, reliable and adaptable with a flexible attitude.
* The candidate must have use of a car or other suitable vehicle as they will be expected to perform off site customer visits. Business mileage paid.
