Who we are
West Road Haulage are a family owned haulage company based in Drakelow, Burton on Trent, operating a fleet of flatbed rigids both nationwide and into Europe.
We have a hands on team of drivers and office staff who always strive to bring you a professional and reliable service. The Team are always happy to help and we look to provide you with excellent customer service at all times. Our aim is to build relationships with our customers and clients offering a personal and professional service, with the flexibility to accommodate your needs. The drivers are fully trained and equipped with the latest technology to ensure your delivery gets there on time and in one piece.

Road Haulage Association
We are a member of the Road Haulage Association in order to provide you with the most up to date and professional services. It allows us to filter through "best practice" operations and keep informed of the latest industry news which can in turn help us to deliver the best transport and customer care. We oporate under the Road Haulage Associations Conditions of Carriage 2009 and this entitles you to Goods In Transit Insurance up to the value of £1300 per tonne. FORS - Freight Operators
Recognition Scheme
Not all hauliers operate within the FORS guidelines as it is a voluntary scheme. We have achieved FORS Silver in order to show companies that we abide by certain standards and practices that are of a high and professional level. Many sites that we deliver to require the haulier to be FORS members so that they know they are dealing with competent trained staff who have the safety and well being of everyone in mind.
